To whomsoever it may concern! This is with regards to the Domestic Gas supplying agency at Tarnaka in Hyderabad - AP - Lakshmi Vaishnavi Enterprises, ADHOC-Satya Tulasi Agencies is our regular dealer for supply HP Domestic Gas. We have been taking up the misbehaviour of these agencies since a very long time as they reject to take up any booking for gas before 21 days from delivery and once it is 21 days, while we try to call them we are unable to get the line for another 5 days as the message says that the numbers are busy. once after booking they say that it would be delivered withing 10 days but even after 20 days we are unable to get the delivery and if try to enquire they respond very rashly and slam the phone. the usage is 30 to 32 days in my house. Oflate we have also come to know that they are supplying gas to hotels on regular basis, may be which is why the domestic service is delayed extremely. I activate the caller tune Santhosam Santhosam song from Youth, but i still not yet recd that, even your company charged Rs. 30.00 as a rent and Rs 15.00 for Song Selection. But i still not yet receive that caller tune, so kindly look into this matter and do the needful

This is a Corrupt Agency they are all illitrates they dont know how to behave i booked my gas after 18 days also i did't received they are telling gas shortage and they are selling outside..

i request HP gas to cancel this agency immediately

lot of people are suffering because of this useless agency

Absolutely agree with what was said.booking orders are never taken on tim, and never ever delivered also promptly.customer service is awful.due to small children at home, we have necessity if gas and they never deliver on time, besides not taking orders.Even though we call and ask to take our booking, very rashly they hang up saying there is still time for booking..

HP should look into cancelling this companies' agency and take appropriate action

this is the second time they canceled my service, service is very poor, i had to continuously follow up after booking and every time they tell the same " tomorrow you will get it'. and worst thing is most of the time their contact number doesn't work, even if it works no use. Last time they took almost a month to deliver even after following up daily. Very pathetic service and irresponsible behavior .I don't know How they are still in business
