[Resolved] Landlord Harassment — Involved in Tenant fraud | |||
Dear Sir, Our Land Lord is involved in Apartment Rental fraud buisiness along with Gulshan properties(Broker) New Friends Colony New Delhi. Every 4-5 months he ask the tenants to empty the house since his son from UK is coming to stay. Every time they increase the rent for new tenants and share with broker the amount broker get for finding new tenants. They refused to give he rent receipts when the tenant ask for income tax declaration in his office.Because they are paying income tax for it. Please look into this fraud otherwise they will repeat with every new tenant. All these types of things cannot be sorted in INDIA unless the Govt. becomes active. No one can do nothing except complaining.
They refused to give he rent receipts when the tenant
ask for income tax declaration in his office.Because they are "NOT" paying income tax for it.
