I have purchased one Laptop G570-59-319838 Sl No CB09743367 at Angul from IT SOLUTION CENTRE 19,Sree Madan Mohan Jew Mkt complex ,Madan Mohan Pada,Angul, Orissa. on 21/02/2012. Invoice No 1005.

Since last 10 days the charging adapter is not working. Complain for the same has been lodged.The complain No is
4270535974. But till date my problem has not been solved.

Please do needful and replace the damage adapter with a working one
