I had taken a consumer loan for buying a laptop from Panipat, Haryana branch. Against this I had issued post dated cheques . I have noticed that one cheque had not been debited to my account. Regarding this one Mr. Krishna and Mr. Manoj Tyagi (mobile no. [protected]) from Panipat office had called up a couple of times in Feb and Mar, 2008. They initially informed us that they had lost this cheque by mistake and requested us to issue a new cheque in lieu of the lost cheque. I asked them to put this on my email id .I told them to advise where I can drop the new cheque in New Mumbai. After about 10 days they called up again and changed there stance about lost cheque. Now they informed me that this cheque was presented and cheque had bounced due to insufficient funds in my account. I cross checked with bank and found out that funds were always sufficient in my account and the said cheque was never presented for clearance. I received a call from Panipat office again and informed them about above. In hearing above both of them started name calling over phone. I got a call again from them on March 16, 2008 and requested them to kindly advise on following: -The fate of the cheque, -In whose favour the new cheque should be issued. But till date I am yet to receive any intimation from branch office. Inspite of repeated emails to their customer service, panipat, delhi and mumbai office no response is recieved. Sir, these days I was in rent room Town Balaganj Lucknow for spend our Summer Vacations at the End of six Semister.Last days I have to face lot of problem because I have no Laptop or Computer who is most important for my B.tech (cs) Course . Our course wants most of time spend on Computer and all the Preparation done in front of computer. When I was in college I was use our college Lab for Practice and after college I have no computer for Home Practice, and our course wants 3 to 4 hours home practice. And My father have no money for purchase an Laptop or Desktop his Financial Condition is not good, he can’t purchase Laptop for me . .When I was visited market and enquired for Laptop range because I cant Carry Desktop for my Practice, I found minimum range of Laptop Rs.30000/- .
So, this is my humble request to you Please help me for purchase a Laptop worth Rs.30000/- .
I again request to you please help us, because this is most important for my education.
