I bought a LAVA B* habdset in May 2011. I was really happy using the same. However, In october 2011, my mobile fell from my hand (Not from a very height) on the floor and its backside bottom part (lower) broke. I immediately contacted the asuthorised service centre at Ulhasnagar and they took down the details of the same and informed me to get back to them after 10 days. They did not provide any service form or paper to me. As usual after 12 days the ON GOING DRAMA of part not available started and still going on for last 5 months!!!!!
The final answer i got from Mr.Dinesh is that the company has STOPPED manufacturing this model......so they cant Repair the same?????????
I am really amused to see such UNPROFESSIONAL approach of a telecom company.
Is it that if the mobile manufacturing is discontinued....all the users will have to pay a penalty for the same????????
I need a feasible solution for the same.
