I have submitted my Lava A9 handset IMEI no.910040073638723/31, work order no. NZISMH00211409R74 to
Frasline Tech Care. shop no.3, Hilton Apartment, Ram Nagar, Borivali(W) on
09-April-2011. After submission, they said that my handset will be ready within 10 days. I have
made 100's of calls to the service centre but still my handset isn't ready. I have also made
calls to Lava Customer Care but haven't got any positive response. They said they will call
within next 48 hours but they haven't.
On 19 th of August they replaced my handset which is much more worse & defective than my previous handset. I asked them this handset seems more older than mine. They replied only body is old but all internal parts are fine. But that handset isn't working at all.
I am feeling very harassed with all this stuff.
Kindly guide what to do in this particular case.
Will be very thankfull.
