Bought a Lava iris 501 in March end 2013 ,since first day it has a bluetooth problem, three times it has been sent for repair to service centre,but no help,area service manager bhupender singh has been informed about it ,but no response in last 3 days,Now after checking again,as per him i need to deposit my handset again to service centre to send it to head office to investigate and do repairs,which will take undisclosed time,in the meanwhile i will be provided a Desi handset against my smartphone to wait endlesslessly,I access my official communication on my smartphone and can not afford to live without it even for a hour..,,,,,,,,,,plz help Was this information helpful? |
