Dear Concern.
Kalim from Varanasi. I bought LAVA B8 five months before and now I am getting problem in my Phone outgoing voice problem (it’s not working).
& also i lost back cover So I given this mobile to the service center available in Varanasi on 22th August 2011, but still it is pending at service center.
I visited there 6 -8 times but there was no response from those people. They always use to says that it will take another 15 days to repair. due to part pending & our Sevice Area Manger was at leave due to his father expired After 15 days when i contacted to service centre the situation was same as earlier.
On 20th October I got The contact no of Area Service mangaer( Manoj yadav -[protected]) i called him & tell him my problem he simply says this is not in my knowledge till time so your Handset is not repaired & your Back cover of handset not provided to you . I am very shocked to hear but after discussion he committed that within two days your handset will be repaired & your Back Cover will be provided to you within 10 days..after two days i called to Service Centre he said your handset repaired but Back cover Not Recieved.
After waiting 10 days when i recall to Area Service mangaer( Manoj yadav -[protected]) & remind about my back cover he simply said talk to Concerned Service Centre he will give order to him then he will able to provide service centre & than service centre provided to me after confirmation to service centre he will give order to Area Service mangaer( Manoj yadav -[protected]) but still not recieved..when i recall to Area Service mangaer( Manoj yadav -[protected]) he is not picking my phone...
What u think , can somebody can manage without mobile for more than a two month just because of service center problem.
One thing more , I called to your Office at Noida &( [protected] & tell him my problem & atttitude of your Area Service Manger But no response they want the WO order no. When
There is a one more conflict between service center and us. That they provided only receving of handset on cash Memo . and there is no computerized receipt and work order I got from service center .
