I had purchased a portable sauna equipment from the online shop legmassagerindia.com through cash on delivery method . I received the same but after setup taking all precautions i.e. filling water as required I started to take sauna bath , after few minutes burning smell started coming i switched the sauna bath immediately . after half an hour i opened the steamer and to my shock/dismay the steamer had melted . I immediately rang at the helpline no. 09891407331 he told me that i will get a new steamer in one weeks time .i had purchased the same in march and have not yet received the said replacement and there is no response from the helpline either . kindly give me justice for the same
