Dear Sir, i have purchased lenovo Y410 and i was suppoused to get freee anti virus subcrbtion for 1year regarding same i have ragistered my laptop no. and same was discssed with customer care exicutive he has given me refferance no against my registration no L91J00T6 and said that you will get same within 15 days on my mail id snowice1983@gmail.com, but still i didn't get same, kindly do the needful as earlly possible

i think the offers are fake.past 2 and above month i didn't receive any offer.even also subscribing it and paying money too by draft.

I purchased on 28th October, 2008. As per their instruction, I have already sent all the required documents(as mentioned below) by registry post for availing the free gifts. Kindly note that i had sent the documents in October itself.But i have not yet received any of these gifts which is making me worried because this is one of the reasons why i opted for Lenovo.

dear sir,
please tell me the way to get my laptop g510 battery replaced.
actually i purchase it in august 2008 and earlier the backup was about 3 hour but just within 2-3 month it reduced to 2 hrs and now it is about 1-1/2 hrs it shows only this backup but it is even less than that
so, please suggest me the way to get it replaced. i shall be always obaliesed for such cooperation.
