as i have purchased a lenovo laptop from nehru place, at that time k7 antivirus software was free with the laptop and for getting that antivirus it has to be registered, so i registered and i got a confirmation mail that u will get ur copy of k7 antivirus within 15 days but its almost 2months past nothing has been given, as i complaint to k7 antivirus company but nothing had been done by the lenovo company as well as k7 company

Dear Sir, i have purchased lenovo 3000 G[protected]Q and i was suppoused to get freee anti virus subcrbtion for 1year regarding same i have ragistered my laptop no. and same was discssed with customer care exicutive he has given me a password and said that you will get same within 15 days on my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com, but still i didn't get same, kindly do the needful as earlly possible

I am very very dissapointed as its been 8 complete months now as I purchased G530 model in the month of March 2009 but till date, inspite of so many emails I have not yet received any responses as I wanted free anti virus i.e K7 as the Lenovo company promised.
This is highly dissapointing.I did all the time consuming form fill-ups on the website too.
being a Marketing faculty I must suggest the company to atleast SATISFY the existing clientele.

looking forward to get some relevant response apart from the company feedback forms.
