[Resolved]  Lenovo — Lenovo complaint

I have give my Lenovo idea pad S10, SN EB10020238, Model: 4231 to Lenovo Authorized service centre, Hitech informatics Pvt. ltd. # 6-3-1186/A/4,S Building, Hyderabad on dated 15/Jan/2010 with the case ID L01F00HD (ONE KEY RESCUE for RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULT, which comes under warranty). But, still the status is pending. And every time I getting a new date to collect the laptop forms your service centre. I had send email to lenvo ([protected]@lenovowarranty.co.in) on dated 28 Jan 2010 and make phone call to Lenovo costumer care no[protected]; [protected]/2 regarding the same but I have not receive any reply/help from them.
Kindly help me regarding the same

Hello Sir,
This is veerendra pandey From utter-pradesh. I purchased Lenovo G580 Before One and half year ago . The response is very Good but From last couple of months ago it's DVD Drive is not working properly neither it is reading nor writing any CD / DVD .Kindly Help me regarding this mine onsight warrenty has expire but i have still remains 2 years off site warrenty.

On 31.05.2014 I gave my TabB-6000 ie Yoga-8 for hang up problem to your authorised Service centre Reliable Technology102A/1 Jyoti Bldg 66 Nehru Palace New Delhi-111119.The Complaint Number is [protected]. I was told to collect the Tab after 2-3 days. I contacted on phone Number[protected] after 2-3 days, I was told that it will take one week further. On 06.06.14 I concted the service centre & I was told that Hard Disc is damaged & part has been ordered & it will be given by 30.06.14. On 07.06.14 I contacted at toll free number[protected] Mr Rakesh on the other side told me that senior person from the company will contact you on 09.6.14 or 10.06.14. But nobody contacted me.On 10.06.14 in the evening I again contacted the toll free number, I was told by Mis Maitry that your Tab will be delivered on 04.07.2014 as the part required is on hold. The reference number of the talk is[protected] dated 10.06.14.

I purchased the tab on 07.12.2013 . The usage is also very less. I do not understand how the hard disc can be damaged. How it is that for a minor hang up problem the tab would take more than a Month. What do you call this type of service ?Even if apart is imported that also does not take 2-3 days. Can any body from Lenovo explain why such a long time is taken for service & why should any purchase any product from Lenovo when the company is not in a position to provide after sale service. Kindly provide my Tab at the earliest failing which I will have to take service of Zee media etc.

This is for your kind notice, i had purchased idea pad flex 14 on 1st of April 14. and had first complain on 19th may 14 and the complain no. is [protected] and i followed it with customer care for 09 times regarding the vertical line which is appearing on the left hand side of the screen, all your customer care executive had give surety to replace of the screen with in 3 to 7 working days as it is in the warranty period, but even after two months there is no one for help, no call for the solution of the problem. " please tell me what do i need to do, whome to complain and who will solve the problem.

I am from Valsad district of Gujarat State. I have a lonovo idea pad y560. The Serial Number of my product is QB02046550. My warranty period is over. The problem with my laptop is blank screen. I Sent it to authorised lenovo service centre (Aegis Informatics, Phone:[protected], 3994617, Mr. Jay[protected] at Surat on 9th, January, 2014. At service centre he asked me that there is a problem with mother Board. After 2 month the person who is incharge at the centre telling me there is no spare parts available at our head office, ahmedabad so it cant repaire. You can get the spare part in local market, so you get back the laptop. My laptop is yet there till the date. The receipt Number of the authorised lenovo service centre (Aegis Informatics) is 352 of dated 9th January, 2014.

PLEASE, Sir my kind request to solve the problem as possible as early.
i bought lenovo smart phone A680 about two weeks ago and my daughter mistakenly broke the screen while i need to repair or cange the screen but ive tried hard here in Nigeria where i bought with no fruitful result, pls can someone help me out where and how can i place order for the screen. Thanks

I purchased Lenovo S660 mobile for Rs.13500/- on 09.08.2014 the battery backup is very low. After charging 100% i am getting only 6 to 8 hours backup without using internet. I want to replace the handset or any other model. Kindly advice.

Sir, It is hereby informed to you that I Namrata Rattu purchased a mobile phone I.e Lenovo A859 worth 15000 from NEW COMBINED ELECTRONICS Sco. 37 SECTOR 11 PANCHKULA (HARYANA) for my daughter Yashita Hira on 11th May 2014 .
I am very sorry to say that within 10 days of purchase lines appeared on the screen, I complained to New Combined electronics they didn't do anything and gave us the address of Touch Care Centre sec-17 Chandigarh, I requested them to replace the set but they refused to change the set . As I am a working lady I took 1 day off and went to the service centre they told us that there is some manufacturing defect and the full led screen has to be changed they kept the phone for 15-18 days and they gave us the phone without checking as there was no light and the phone was not charged after coming home I realised that when I was making the call the other person was not able to hear my voice as the speaker was damaged . We again went to New Combined electronics and they said they can't do anything and asked us to go to the touch centre again . After few days I went again to the touch centre and got it repaired . Then it was ok for few days then the sound system stopped working.
It is humble request to kindly replace the set as it is under warranty and I don't want the repaired set moreover I don't have time to go to sec-17 again and again . Both the parties are harassing us as New combined electronics is asking us to go to touch centre and touch centre is asking us to get a new set from New Combined electronics, kindly see to the matter and do the needful.
