[Resolved]  Lenovo — Lenovo complaint

I have give my Lenovo idea pad S10, SN EB10020238, Model: 4231 to Lenovo Authorized service centre, Hitech informatics Pvt. ltd. # 6-3-1186/A/4,S Building, Hyderabad on dated 15/Jan/2010 with the case ID L01F00HD (ONE KEY RESCUE for RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULT, which comes under warranty). But, still the status is pending. And every time I getting a new date to collect the laptop forms your service centre. I had send email to lenvo ([protected]@lenovowarranty.co.in) on dated 28 Jan 2010 and make phone call to Lenovo costumer care no[protected]; [protected]/2 regarding the same but I have not receive any reply/help from them.
Kindly help me regarding the same

My lenovo tab a3000 getting hanged n I need software update.but I get very bad experience at service centre do proper action
Worst LENOVO after sales support and service.. Even deleting my posts.. Guys don't ever think to buy Lenovo.. take my advice seriously.. Buy it at your won risk.. My new laptop not working and no reply from Lenovo till now..
I sincerely request to all who wish to buy lenovo product, please DONT EVEN TRY TO ANY LENOVO PRODUCT. I suffered a lot from there product such as laptop as well as smart phone. I bought laptop from lenovo, after 4-5 months laptop giving continuously trouble, since last 3 months they replace almost all parts i.e. Display, mother board etc but still laptop giving same problem. Customer service is one of the most worse service i ever cam across after Airtel.

This stupid fellow doesn't fallow any professional ethics and even they don't believe in customer satisfaction as they are in India.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCT.
I purchased Lenovo laptop from Vijay sales within 10 days Laptop start giving problems. My OS is not starting Laptop showing blank screen.

I thought this is OS issue then I called Lenovo customer care center they ask for one key recovery restore. I tried to use it but this also not working. then I visited nearest service center, though my laptop in service period they are asking for additional charges by saying your OS is faulty. Now they refuse to take responsibility.

Hence I consult nearest laptop service center in my area so actual issue is HDD issue. HDD is faulty.

Lenovo selling faulty goods and making fool to customers. Lenovo customer care not supporting as expected and providing poor solutions which is beyond imagination.

Also there only 4 customer care center in whole mumbai. This pathetic. :-(

This to inform you that, I Devender Hissaria bought the Lenovo laptop from your entity on 25th january 2014 having serial no-CB23276454. I also hereby write to you at the last because your communication channel had not left any way for us. For your kind information we are facing so many problems in our many valuable activities like as: financial transactions & relationship with our valuable customer, daily basis routine work etc, because of this technical blockage in our Laptop since November 2014.
I want to draw your kind attention towards we had already visited to your office in M2K Rohini, delhi and your management team replied that you will have to talk at customer care of Lenovo regarding to your query.

Then as per your guidance we had talked with Lenovo customer care executives in starting of January month and they were very lazy persons because they do not wants to leave their chairs and were trying to solve this technical problems through telephonic discussion. Even if, they didn’t arrange the facility to physically examine our laptop. But I don’t know what happened to their technical supporters and Professional Executives, for that I am not satisfied till now. But this is your internal Errors, which leads to misrepresent to your relationships with Ideal customers. If it is possible than please fills the Loop holes in your controls, which may create some trouble to your customers who have trust in your entity. Another thing is that we need your reply in regards to this letter as soon as possible

I also want to know that “who will take the responsibility to resolve our Problem”.
We bought this Laptop from your entity, so you are also liable to take little responsibilities and still awaiting for some solutions from your side, , but still the problem stand as it is. I don’t know "how you treat a costumer". plz tell now what to do with this problem if you are not able to rectify the problem . then kindly arrange the facility to take this Laptop back. i do not want any other ha-dick from your side, because in this condition laptop is useless for me.

I purchased this mobile before 4 months and immediate I am facing some big issues with this Mobile.
- This Phone is not working on 3G mode.
- when you will select option 2G/3G (Automatic mode) then it shows network error, you cannot receive the call or you will face network issues on out going calls.
- call sensor problem.
- I am not happy with this mobile phone.
-lots of issues.

NOTE:- PLS DO NOT PURCHASE LENOVO phone PRODUCTS.

I have taken 3 years Additional Warranty from Lenovo by giving Extra Money. But Sorry to Say that money is total waste which i consider by seeing Service Provided by Lenovo.
My Laptop Suddenly Stopped working and it didnt get on. I have called Lenovo and launched a complaint. For Launching complaint and getting complaint no. it took me 3 Days. After a week your engineer visited with a Motherboard. He has replaced Motherboard of my laptop, but that Motherboard which he has replaced was not new, it was repaired one. On the same day when he replaced Motherboard, i started facing issue of Screen Flickering. Screen of Laptop Flickers, it doesnt remains constant. i called your engineer who has replaced Motherboard, he said it is an Window issue. As he has said so i format my Laptop and installed Fresh Windows. Still i am Facing same issue, but no one is listening from your side. Its more than 2 Weeks Now. Plz help to resolve this issue. As by seeing this service, i wont recommend anyone to buy Lenovo Laptop. What is the use of taking Additional Warranty. if i am not getting Service??
Also your engineers are not trained, they have broken Front Cover lock of Laptop.
Looking Positve response from your side. As your engineer are not responding and Customer care is not replying

4 months ago I bought lenovo all in one for my business use... and all of sudden my PC's O/S got crashed ... some how O/s been istalled again but system is continuesly getting shutdown automatically... called lenovo store guy so many times but they are not coming or calling to check if can be corrected... pathetic service...


Please arrange replacement if problem can't be rectified... as it is in warranty period...

Hi Team,

The email is from a frustrating customer who bought your product and thinking now why i bought it.

The mobile has a display problem and we handed over it to your registered service center for repair on 2/6/2015. It has been three weeks, but the phone has not yet handed over to me. On inquiring about it, they said that they got one display material from Lenovo on the first week of June and it is defective and so they sent it back to you and service center is till now waiting for another material which is not yet dispatched from Lenovo Head office Bangalore due to non-stock.

For how many days a customer will wait, even believing that your mobile is good than any other products, at one point of time you people are making us to think on others products when it comes to serviceWho will wait for three weeks after buying a new mobile.The mobile is under warranty and so is it taking this much time just to cover the warranty period and once considerable warranty days lost, you can give it back to me and so next time, i have to pay it for.

The Lenovo Customer support not able to collect the details of first ordered material (which is defective) from you(not sure if service center has raised any order with you) and now i am suspecting it that they didn't ordered so far, is that true.your customer professional clearly told me that if service centers ordered a material, it will be shown at your end portal and looks like today 18 jun'15, service center have ordered a material from you but why service center took this much time and what they are doing with my mobile.Not sure where it is stopping but i didn't get my mobile back till now.This is what customer will call it as worst service and no clarity on sayings from both of you.Not sure who to believe.

Tell me one thing is this is a usual way of servicing and if so we will not chase Lenovo hereafter and we will chase someother as the path is open and really odd to hear that manufacturing company itself doesn't have a display for a product for more than 3 weeks.

Another and till now they have changed everything in CPU only cabnit
remains to be changed. now they tell us that the problem is not hardware
problem, but software problem, Now they tell us that Leonvo Leonvo PC desktop
PC' dont support Linux which is surprising. its surprising. i am
attaching a document in which they have given in written that Leonvo
Computers don't support Linux. fed up with their Service.

I am very disappoint that i had purchased LENOVO A5000 in Black color on 14-May-2015 with IMEI [protected].

My battery got swelled after some time. I had compliant at your customer care Nehru Place, Delhi regarding the handset problem and submit the same on 20-Aug-2015. I was shocked that they said they don't have new battery at office and will take 10 days to change the battery.

Is this the way LONOVO satisfied their customer.

Lenovo is worst product and their services are very poor.
i purchased lenovo flex -2 just 2 months back and its display gone. lodge complain on 14.8.15 and waiting till today for their positive response. they say part is not available in india. product is under warranty and i paid for the same but nowhere they are taking pain to resolve issue. keep on changing their committed dates and asking me to wait another one week.

I had taken lenovo a 6000 plus mobile and due to some problem my mobile screen got damaged. So i contacted with customer care for repair that mobile which was taken only two months back. Mobile cost is 7499 and they said service cost will be 5000 Rs and they didnt provide any correct information and they dont know how to talk to their customers. Please dont buy any lenovo products and get fooled like me...
im using lenevo flex hd-2 laptop it a costly one n by accidnet i lost my side super pads wich seperates the screem from keyboard when i took my laptop to service centre to get the new rubber pad they dont even listen to me that point of time i feel so disappointed with the service even im reDY TO PAY FOT IT but they keep telling me they will not give me rubber pads so which was so rude i still regrade i should go for apple shame on u lenevo india u dont know how to treat u r costumers

I had purchased 3 lenovo a6000 within 3 months i am having for all 3 sets.. gets hang up .. touch screen problem.. every thing problem.. Worst mobile
I gave my laptop G460 for service (Beep sound when booting and wifi not detecting ).Two weeks later they made call service finished come and get your laptop .while i opening my laptop the condition is very very worst when compared to the day i gave for service ..Its not opening also while contacting them they are simply telling we charged for only troubleshooting
Stop buying lenovo cellphones or products because to provide you at low cost they are using cheap and worst quality hardware, once you buy you will regret for your money and time you gave it.
issues you will face for which they don't even gives customer services .
