[Resolved]  Lenovo Laptop — Cd DVD RW drive is not reading CD

i have lenovo laptop the os is windows7
when i click turnoff
it will shown as turnoff but it will restart

Lenovo Laptop — lenovo laptop not working properly

I had brought an lenevo laptop on 30th march 2011.But agter the use of it for six months its mother board got bad.The same was repaied by the comany as it was within warranty period ,but later on within span of 1 month it again got bad,and then again,and now it is for the third time that laptop has got bad for the same reason that to within time span of 20 days,I have given the laptop for repairing byt they are saying that it is out of warranty.I have been facing mental harrasment because of this since last six months and want the replacement or cash back for the same as company doesnot provide any warranty for the replacement ,please look into the matter and help me to provide sloution for the same.Looking forward for your kind help and reply.

My Lenovo Y410 series is having a problem in CD DVD Rw, I purchase a lenovo Y410 in april 2008. it is making so much of noise after inserting dvd or CD And also not reading and writing CD and DVD, just show blank on the drive.

whats the problem i dont know

I have purchased a laptop of lenovo in 2/11/2011,Now It has got some problem and lenovo people has taken from me the laptop on 22/02/2012 but still they are just delaying and not solving the issue also not ready to replace it.My laptop is in under warranty of 1 year.

Dear Sir

This is Mayur Malviya form Jabalpur and my complaint is about Lenovo Laptop. I had Purchased Lenovo laptop on 16.11.2012 and now after 1.5 year its keypad is not working properly and when i contacted to Coustmer care department they said its out of warrenty.

Kindly help me sir because now if i have to replace that keypad with charge and the cost is near about Rs ;- 4000/- and with in 1.5 year this problem has been rised.

same problem - Y470 lenovo & cannot get dvd movies to play. this should be a basic component in a new computer, yet I do not understand why the computer will not read inserted DVD any help is welcomed.
