[Resolved]  Lenovo / Laptop — Complaint For Lenovo Y410 Laptop ‏

Hi,

I am Rajiv Gupta. My friend had purchased one lenovo laptop from ATLANTA, U.S on 22/09/2007. My lenovo laptop S/N is EB06655888 and Model Name is 7757. Now, this laptop is not working due to some problem. I had raised one complaint in INDIA with case ID i.e. Complaint no. [protected]. I am not getting positive response from service center situated in Pune India. When contacted they told me they don't have the last 3 digits of my lenovo laptop's model no. Ex. 33Q, 52A. That's why they are unable to give service. More over when I contacted the lenovo call center at their toll free number i.e.[protected]. They said your laptop is not having international warranty. I asked then but you guys only told me that your system is under international warranty till Dec.2008. But they didn't answer back.
Finally service center person are asking me to collect my Laptop from their service center.

Now my stand is what's the use of international warranty if they are refusing to provide me service for my laptop in India.

I have all the receipts with me except International warranty card as company don't give any card as they track the warranty by laptop serial no. I don't know whom to contact but I am sure if you people take up my request forward I surely get positive response from them. Please find the below details of Laptop

I have got a lenovo laptop in india, now i am in UK, within 2 months my laptops bluetooth stops working. then i called lenovo uk call center then they replied me to send ur laptop to scotland (and company is not going to bear courier charges which is higher than the bluetooth dongle price.) and it will take 3 or more weeks for repairing . this company do not have any replacement policy i[censored]r systems is not working in warranty period.
I have lots of examples of other companies laptops they are directly replacing or supporting very nicely.
So if you are intrested in buying a laptop never think about lenovo. sony and compaq is best option.
If you will talk with lenovo people after buying a product then you realise these people just want to sell their products the dont care care about the customer satisfaction.

LENEVO 62Q — POOR Hardware & Technical Support

I have purchased Lenevo 62Q model from a reputed computer shop at Kolkata. After using for 4 months error free, my bitter experience with Lenovo begins. Firstly, the webcam stops functioning. Bluetooth took the same direction. Less to speak of DVD combo support as its always create noise.

After the complaint was lodged & the laptop was submitted for proper repair to the Service Centre, it had already consumed nearly two weeks and still going on. What a poor hardware support the company provides to their valued customer.?????????

I would request the top officials [with proper technical knowledge] to interfere into the hardware support. The Authorised Service Center does not even know how to maintain sound relationship with the laptop owners, who had purchased their high-end products and are at loss while they have no fault of their own.

Now will I recommend others to buy your esteemed Product ?????????????

hi, i had purchased my laptop in feb2008. but nowadays i m facing a problem known as blue screen.
my laptop automatically get off by showing blue screen on screen when i tried to open internet downloaded files.
so plz give me a solution for that. and also provide me a customer service centre adress and contact no. for lenovo in pune as well as Banglore.

I have purchased a lenovo Y510 leptop having 160gb HDD but it was showing only 134gb. Due to this problem i formatted the machine and reinstalled the vista and drivers but after this CAMERA and other software as not working.

I bought this 3000N100 laptop in july 07. Till now it ws working well but now there seems to be a problem with its battery, its not taking charge, it works only with direct AC/DC connection, causing a lot of incnvenience. kindly look into it reply on e-mail.
i had got lenovo 3000N200.laptop exactly 3 months back...pathetic it is dosent work widout the charger...sad battery it has got...keeps on hanging every half an hour...it had to restart 5 times within 1 hour..u people misguide us by the lenovo adds..and later we get to know the problems...kindly send an agent at my place who can repair it...its irritating now..even my mouse has stopped functioning ...it has not even 3 months complete...and u people give us 3 yrs guarantee...i will personally suggest everybody not to buy lenovo...and ya u better send an agent who can repair all this

I purchase my lenovo Y410 laptop 3 months ago.from last 1 week the CD_ROM OF Laptop unable to read CDs and not worked properly.
i have registered for the lenovo deewali offer last deewali. necessary documents are already sent to the concerned but no reply till date.
