[Resolved] Lenovo Laptop — Product is dead on arrival | |||
Dear Sir, I bought one laptop Lenovo last week from a dealer in Chennai. Unfortunately, after unpacking, there is no display, no beep. After switch on, light glows but after few all light stop glowing except power led indicator. Immediately, I contacted with my supplier but he refused to replace. he informed, I can give it to him and he will send it to company and provide me after getting replacement/repairing from principal company. Now, my question is, is it my fault for purchasing world renowned brand from a established authorised dealer? How i can get my money back? I do not want service or replacement because i do not like to use a product after fetting dead on arrival. Was this information helpful? | |||

Lenovo — Laptop dead within a week of purchase
Hi,I purchased a Lenovo S10 laptop - (S. No. - EB[protected] on the 21st of May 2009. and within a week i.e. on 27th morning itself, the computer failed to start up.
I have tried almost all the phone numbers and emails given on Lenovo site, but found no one taking ownership of providing the service for the same.
Anyways I would not like to have my laptop repaired within a week of purchase and need a refund of the entire amount I paid for the worst quality product.
Please help em in getting the same.
