Lenovo Laptop — warranty gift and faulty dvd writer | |||
I have not got my warranty gift of my lenovo laptop in two years. And also laptop is faulty because i had replaced dvd writer twice in warranty period. but from last 4 months dvd writer is not working and lenovo service center is saying to me to buy new writer. Why i would buy a new writer , i had taken warranty extension at the time of buying of my laptop. Lenovo — DVD writer is faulty
Dear Sir,This has the reference of complaint no L9BI00MX (to Lenovo India through phone and e mail) of note book model No.226927Q, Sr. No. MABXBPB,
The DVD R/W is not wroking and machine is under warranty.
You are requested to do the needful in the matter.
