[Resolved] Letsbuy.com — The order placed on 19-10-11 is not delivered yet | |||
Hi, This is regarding the very Bad delivery at LetsBuy.com (Etree Marketing Pvt. Ltd., C/o HVOC, Plot No. 64/69, CWC Premises, Near Kirti Nagar Metro Station, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi - 110015). I ordered a Samsung 32'' LED TV UN32D4000 on[protected], Order No LSB-7925840 through my credit card (Transaction Id: 4249050). Till today[protected], this is not even dispatched from the company end. I'm following them since 22-10-11 and even after making 20s of calls, I always get a same standard reply that please wait for 24-48 Hours, we'll get back to you. They are playing with my money and now they are saying that the Product is out of order. But when I'm checking on their site it's available and they are accepting the new Orders for the same product. I've sent them many mails but every time I get the same standard reply that they are looking into this on priority. But they are hardly doing anything, I raised the matter to the 60+ companies employees including the founder n CEO Hitesh Dhingra too, but all in vein.
