[Resolved] Letsbuy.com — No one is calling back after delivering Broken product | |||
I Request everyone to not buy anything from Letsbuy.com....they have very poor after sale service... I received broken heater on Jan 9, 2012...i logged the complaint same day but till today Jan 20 nothing happened nor i received call from them...Customer Care do not share their supervisor's number neither senior's no mentioned in their site Letsbuy.com. So there is no way to esclate any problem with senior and customer care is not paying any attention whether the customer is disappointed or not. I have very worst experience with them and i advise to everyone to not buy anything from their website otherwise you will be cheated like me..
