AC working for 5 mins and then not working
I have lodged complaint with reference number (RNA 120519070562) and only after 3 days one person from (Vizag enterprises) came to home to attend the complaint and he didn't bring in necessary equipments with him to attend the complaint, and immediately he told that this was becuase of voltage fluctuation and we need to change the booster, and when I told him that another AC is working fine without any issue and our area didn't have voltage fluctuation he told that he will bring in some equipment to test the booster.
And after that he never turned up, it's be two weeks so far, NEITHER that person (he not even telling his name whenever I asked for, but his mobile number is -9710643275) NOR Vizag enterprises (04422263454 and person name who attended my call was Pavithra) have provided responsible answer, both of them (one who attended the complaint intially and Pavithra from vizag enterprises) simply providing the response that, will be attended, but no one turns up...
This is really disgusting and frusturated with the way service been handled and those two people responding to their customer, some one should intervene and make them to realize how important Customers are and how well they need to be treated. This creates distrust on entire LG products.
