This complaint is regarding our LG window AC service .I logged the complaint regarding the Ac Cooling,under complaint No. RNA120429090253 .Two Persons came from LG at our residence and they told us that there is a gas leakage from our AC for which they took the AC out with them to service station to rectify it .But when they came after 10 days to fit the AC back,then they didn't close the AC lid properly and it was open (which I saw later when they were gone) .They charged me Rs1640 for repairing the AC gas.I logged the complaint again under complaint no. RNA 420422093292 ,after doing several calls for my AC open lid.Two executives came who told us that the AC lid clip is broken by the executives who came to fix it earlier .Now ,they have put a cello tape to close it .Is this a way that a Professional company is dealing with the consumers complaints ??Pathetic services by LG as nobody in the service station is ready to respond to the clients complaints after doing several calls.Moreover ,nobody is picking up the calls in service station .I am a senior citizen (62 years old) ,they have tortured me badly .Now I want an answer as what should i do as after coming from LG service station my AC lid is broken by LG executives only & who will repair it??
