since the day of purchase almost 5 times the same has been put for repairs but every time the new type of fault gets added to the same.
At present the nature of the fault is that the key pad stops functioning and the same was replaced but the problem still presists.
Ist time the set was given to the authorised service franchise at badshah nagar, Lucknow with the problem in the headset attachement, which was removed but then onwards the new type of problems has started occuring as detailed above.
request is for refund.
