I bought LG Double Door Friz IPC Ref n-Gk-244 Gnu s-711NLL
G003384 at JEMINI PLAZA KAKINADA Vide Bill No.86/61 on[protected].Till
now I filed TWO complaints
1.S8C40104445 on 01/04/2008 and
2.S8CA10001746 on10/10/2008, Both times Iam experiencing
some kind of trouble with your Technicians. This time Your Technician
Mr.Srinivas told me that heis not acquinted with the spare parts and I
was told to wait for 3 days and contact him on Wednessday 14th OCT
2008. Accordingly when I contacted him by phone he said that he has to
go to the office to take the delivery of the courier. But he didnot
turned up. I contacted him today and got the same reply. Then I told
him that I am going to lodge a complaint to your Head Office. Then he
replied that By Tomorrow mornig he is going to attend on my work.The
same has explained you by Phone to your LG Service
No[protected].Your representative took my mobile No-[protected]. and
assured me to convey the action taken in this regard.I also told him
that there is no other go for me to lodging a complaint in the
Consumers Forum if this doesnot work.
I hope you will be kind enough to take necessary action in this
