LG DVD Writer — sound

am Vamshi from Karimnagar, AP. it is in warranty period now i am facing problem of reading CD/ DVD it is not reading many times and giving problem to me.on[protected] i given it to customer care service at Karimnagar.
I complaint LG about it, but not satisfied by their customer Support Executive. They are not responding to my complaint In Service Center, they took my Faulty DVD Writer.they are telling that they will call me, but not yet.
They told me that they haven't received writers from the company,so they can't provide a new one to me in the period which is promised by them. and not giving proper response. Kindly reply soon and their contact numbers Hi Tech Electronics,[protected],[protected]
