I HAVE PURCHASED LG WINDIW AIR CONDITIONER FROM SAHU DEALER IN CSD CANTEEN LUCKNOW AND WITHIN 1 WEAK IS STOPPED COOLING AND NO ONE ATTENDED MY COMPLAIN FROM LG SERVICE AND NOT EVEN FROM SAHU SERVICE AFTER THAT WHEN WE GO TO THE DEALER HE MISBEHAVES AND WAS NOT READY TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT EVEN IF IT WAS FAULTY AND STOPS WORKING IN A WEAK. HE ASKED FOR CHARGING RS 2000 FOR REPAIR WITHIN GUARENTEE PERIOD AND FINALLY SERVICE CENTRE BOY FOUNDS THAT UNIT IS FAULTY AND HE MISGUIDED US AND IN THIS CASE HE DOESNT REPLACED COMPLETE MACHINE HE ONLY CHANGED THE COMPRESSOR FROM ON OLD MACHINE AFTER THAT COOLING GETS FINE BUT THAT OLD COMPRESSOR HE FITS FROM ONE OF THE OLD MACHINE WAS ALSO FAULTY AND PRODUCING LOTS OF NOISE IN EVERY STARTS SO PLS HELP ME AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM . THE UNIT STOPPED COOLING IN VERY SHORT TIME (ONLY 1 WEAK) SO I NEED REPLACEMENT OF COMPLETE MACHINE SO PLS DO NEEDFULL Was this information helpful? |
