[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Customer Service & Service Center

had purchased a flatscreen television on the 28th of October, 2007.

I have recently noticed that there is some discoloration happening. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - S8C[protected] with the customer care center on the 21st of March, 2008. This complaint was to be attended to on the 22nd of March, 2008.

Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day. I am almost nearing the completion of making a directory of the cellphone numbers of all the service center representatives with all the numbers given to me by the customer care. But as my luck would have it, not a single call, of all the many repeated calls that I have made to those numbers, has been answered. I am sure it is easier to talk to God, himself. Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day. But strangely, when I call the next day asking for them, I am politely informed that there was never anybody with that name at the customer care center.

I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

i ve purchased lg rd9800, , i cam to know that there is no bluetooth facility in this phone, while transferring a file from another phone it is saying tranmission failed yyy???? can u please solve this prob and prob alos with the card reader also, i am transferrring files into the memory card but it is not showing in the phone please help me out

i have bought LG KP500 cookie hand set on 11 march 2009 but from 2nd it giving problem.i contacted to customer service at ville parle mumbai lg service centre.the drawbach of the handset is that when ever i connnected for document viewer.hand set effected from virus.overall no protection from virus when u r using with pc.i want antivirus software as in NOKIA etc r giving

I am unable to download games to my mobile LG KP110 .In LG site I see the internal memory is 64 mb (65536 kb) but in phone it shows only 1 MB (1024 kb).I'm using 1 gb MMC card. But I can't activated the downloading games & software of .jar exetions.headsets provided with the handset are not that good. No softwares or Games can be added to the mobile. Please reply back to my mail id if there is any possibility to access phone memory and add any games
Myself Vikas Trehan, I have lost my LG mobile model no. U 990, its IMEI No. is[protected]. There is AIRTEL connection in that whose no. is [protected]. I blocked my no. on customer care of AIRTEL & also lodged complaint at Police Station. but they did not gave me any way to locate my mobile.
So kindly help me to locate my mobile & my contact no. is [protected].
No one care to attend the free service of my Window A/C...

Regarding Servicing for LG AC.
Never buy LG.. I have similar experience with LG when I bought their DVD player and recently a 1 ton AC. Product delivered to me at home is different than what I ordered. Though the box on the outside has the correct Product name and barcode written but it has a differnet product inside.

I have ordered LSA3ZG5NTY1 from Cams Corner in City Centre Kolkata. It was delivered on Saturday but when the people came for installation and opened the box I found that the model inside is different than what is written on pack. As per the specifications of the LSA3ZG5NTY1, indoor unit should be Golden in color but I got a silver colored unit. I was promised for the replacement today (6th April) and I followed up multiple times with the dealer but not yet recieved the correct indoor unit.
i have seen the worst service care above all the electronic product.i am the owner of lg ac split within a month the display pcb of my ac got burnt.i made call to toll free no.[protected].they said ur problem wiill be solved within 24 hours.but it was fake.the cyber services of bilaspur chhattisgarh they dont know how to deal with the consumer because the manager of cyber services of bilaspur c g dosn't have time to talk wid the complainnant.so it my advice to u that dont buy the the product of it

LG Electronics — unable to unlock phone

I am unable to unlock the lg KG110 cell phone .when the security code is asked, if the default code is entered, the code is shown as an invalid code.I am unable to obtain the right valid security code for my cell.Also, i had never changed the security code for my cell before.Please reply soon.

I purchased an 1.5 T split AC Through M/S Sales Emporium Kolkata on 24-04-08 which was installed on 25-04-08. On 25--4-09 I informed the service centre at [protected] for third free servicing within its warranty period. LG Service centre refused to do the servicing for free an send somebody to provide a paid service.As I didn't agree for the paid service The service engr offered to do the servicing on cash payment of Rs 250 to him .

This is the state of affair of after sales service of LGEIL who refuses the customer the due free service when it is informed to them just 1 day late.

I strongly feel that nobody should go for lg product and I shall advise my friends and relatives to do so in future.
