[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Customer Service & Service Center

had purchased a flatscreen television on the 28th of October, 2007.

I have recently noticed that there is some discoloration happening. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - S8C[protected] with the customer care center on the 21st of March, 2008. This complaint was to be attended to on the 22nd of March, 2008.

Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day. I am almost nearing the completion of making a directory of the cellphone numbers of all the service center representatives with all the numbers given to me by the customer care. But as my luck would have it, not a single call, of all the many repeated calls that I have made to those numbers, has been answered. I am sure it is easier to talk to God, himself. Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day. But strangely, when I call the next day asking for them, I am politely informed that there was never anybody with that name at the customer care center.

I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

I bought it from Snehanjali, boisar Thane(dt), maharashtra-401501.
they are supposed to provide me CD and Warrenty card along with the but they didn't
i complained to the shop there is action has been taken from them

This LG company is not worried about your any compliant whether little or vasts.
Perhaps their marketing stretegies does not include fulfillement of any service requirement, even uner the warranty period. On every complaint call you replied with a assurance of next 24 hrs,

Dear Sir,
I had purchase LG29 Inch Color Television 5 years back. in the month of May 2009 Sudden my television had stop working then i had logged a complain regarding this and my complain was logged under service number N9C52711996 with remarks no audio and video is working. After two days when i logged the complain one service engineer from LG came to home and took my TV to his service center. After one week when i did not get any response i approach to Local LG service center and i have been told that some part of my TV for burst and this need to replace but this is not available with us currently. again i had to wait till next two week then i approach again to the service center and still i got the same feedback that the part is still not available to us. then after few week on 17 June 2009 I wrote a official mail to LG office in the mail id is [protected]@lgindia.com. and explain the whole thing in to mail. I got a return mail from lgservice that "We have forwarded your product issue to the concerned branch office so that an immediate step can be taken in this regard. " but after waiting a week nothing has moved. Again i forwarded the same mail to lgservice on 25 June 2009 to know the status of my complain but till date i am not getting any kind of feedback or response from LG and i do not know what is the status of my Television and till how long it will take time to repair

Sir i have a LG mobile kp320, i have to say that my mobile has not run when full battery but it is ok
my second problem is charger where input at my mobile has been broken then your owner of bhilai service center was told me u have to breake this part and you have to pay charges for this part, i asked you that how is this posible when i don't breake this part my mobile is in warranty purchesed from october 2008.
I requst you please do some thing for it.
I should not to knock the door of consumer court.

I have purchased one LG color monitor ( 17 inch ) in the year August2005 and now it has some problem creating lot of problems to me. I collected the number of the service centre and dialed them and booked one complain ( ID n9c[protected] MRELY 15 DAYS AGO and CONFIRM them about the payment AFTER THE SERVICING OF THE SAME.

They have advised me that the service center person will contact me in time. But till date they did not turn out and did not call me. What a FANTASTIC SERVICE they provide to their customer. My appeal to all of you don't buy LG product as you did not get any service if you are in trouble and they have no responsibility to call you any time as busy they are. ITS REALLY HORRIBLE IN EVERY SENSE.
