[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Customer Service & Service Center

had purchased a flatscreen television on the 28th of October, 2007.

I have recently noticed that there is some discoloration happening. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - S8C[protected] with the customer care center on the 21st of March, 2008. This complaint was to be attended to on the 22nd of March, 2008.

Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day. I am almost nearing the completion of making a directory of the cellphone numbers of all the service center representatives with all the numbers given to me by the customer care. But as my luck would have it, not a single call, of all the many repeated calls that I have made to those numbers, has been answered. I am sure it is easier to talk to God, himself. Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day. But strangely, when I call the next day asking for them, I am politely informed that there was never anybody with that name at the customer care center.

I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

hello sir,
we have encouraged a problem in our (lg) lcd we take it to the the LG service center on dt:-22/10/009 they depositlcd &told to took it on the next day. next day we call them &they told that it is not repaired yet. &told that if it is repaired until evening they will call us.on 25/10/009we called them again but then they told the part which is not working it is taken &replace it until evening.after 2 days on28/10/009 they told us that part which has to be replaced is not in the stock .then on dt:-31/10/009 at evening they called us to collect our lcd went there they show us the lcd it is working properly but when the computer is shut down the shows a blue line on it we asked them about this then they again open lcd &repaired it we take it home then after a short while it shows the same problem

This is NVS Reddy.I purchased LG Refrigirator at Bhargavi Electronics, Gudivada(A.P) on 17/08/2009 and the Bill no. is 42. But, it is not working properly that means cooling is not hapenning. For this issue i already raised a complaint regarding this issue. This is the second time i'm raising the complaint. Please check the details of this and let me know the status of this complaint. When i raised the complaint first time. technicians came and resolved this issue. But, the same problem is repeated means what would be the reason for this. Either the Product is Failure one or the product is not inspected properly by ur showroom executives.Please follow-up this complaint as a major complaint and resolve this isssue. Let me know when can i expect this to be resolved.

IN TH E1ST COMPLAIN: THE ENGEENEER IS COME & TALK WITH MY MOTHER & SAYS THEIR WAS A BIG PROBLEM IN UR MACHINE & REPAIR COST IS LUMSUM RS. 5000 & BUT U CAN GET THE 2YRS WARRENTY IN ONLY RS. 1800.

ON 29 AUGUST ON SPOT MY FATHER GIVE US RS. 1800 IN POST DATED CHEQUE. CHEQUE NO. IS "621258" DT. ON 08 SEPTEMBER.

BUT THEY DON'T COME YET NOT BE IN PROCESS.

PLEASE VERIFYING IT.

SINCE LAST TWO DAYS WHEN I AM TRYING TO SEND SMS IT DOESN'T RESPONCE

LG Mobile — POOR QUALITY

Dear Team
It make a very bad impression and a very bad image regarding LG mobile set. I have purchased a mobile on dated 25 -09 - 09 LG KM 900
IME NO :[protected] AMOUNT 20500/-
I Have only used the set for three days and few troubles came in the set like colure display hanging problem and while I use my set it automatically switch off
It was very difficult for me to go to service center as my job is touring but any how I visited your Luckow branch mobile .com they understood my problem and they replaced my mobile .
I got a new mobile as I replaced it to GC 900 COST 23500/- I AM USING IT WITH MY COPRATE NO [protected] as there is no net usage my mobile .
Again the same problem is coming like colour display hanging problem slow speed and touch pad not working now it seems that I have taken a wrong decision while choosing the mobile set as for last 7 years I was only using the Nokia set only .
Can you please suggest me what to do I am now sitting in your service center as they are updating new software I am not comfortable with the services you are providing it to me please refund me my money back or give me another mobile brand Nokia NOT LG ANY MORE

i have purchase LG intercool REFEREGATER on last diwali 2008 . the problrm was water lickedge in REFEREGATER . i have complane in dewas (m.p) services center .but his manager told me this cond. in not under warantee but retailer give me 5 years warannaty card . and his not solved .

I purchased LG LCD 32f20FR TV from Electronics Paradise,LG exclusive Shoppe,A-4 /38,Paschim Vihar,ND on 20-09-09 vide invoice no R03698 . As per advertisement published in Hindustan Times on 20 sep,2009, LG is giving 50 blockbuster Movie pack + HDMI DVD Player with 5.1 ch usb input free with the purchase of LCD TV of screen size of 32 and above.

On seeing your advertisement in newspaper,I asked M/s Electronics Paradise to give me the free gift but your dealer refused to give the DVD player. He even misbehaved with me in presence of his employees and other customers.

I am loyal customer of LG and using your products for the last many years . This may got verified from your record

LG has always been leader in giving best product and service to its valued customers.Dealers like Electronics Paradise are earning a bad name for the company and tarnishing the image of the company.Would the company take some corrective and punitive action against such erring dealers who are depriving the benefits which the company wants to pass to its customers on festive occasions? Would I get my DVD player as promised by the company?

Reposing faith in LG , I hope that justice would be done to me by the company.

LG Electronics — LG TV Flat defected

LG TV Flate was purchased from M/S Sngeet Palace, Madangir, New Delhi on 20/12/2008. Just 10 days after completion of warranty period said TV has been found defected on 31/12/2009.

Request it may be got repaired itmdtly without charging service charge. My residental address is Block No.106, Room No,E, Sector-4, Pushpavihar,MB Road New Delhi-110017.

LG Electronics — LCD MONITOR NOT REPLACING AND ALSO NOT PROPERLY REPAIRING

2 Months before i had given complaint to lg elctronics about my LCD monitor,they try to repaire but it was not get repaired properly.after 15 days of my complaint they told that my monitor will be replaced,but till now they are just only passing the time because my warranty will be expire on 30th january 2010.

Even i faced the same kind of problem. I filed a case, then automatically came to my place and replaced a new one. U too try the same. Gud luck
