LG Electronics — LCD Tv is fall from wall due to bad installation by LG Engineer

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a LG LCD TV and it was installed by LG engineer at home on wall. But it was fall from wall with screw due to bad installation.I have complain 3 times.But did not get any satisfactory response. LG customer care Service of Patna is very irresponsible.So, Kindly do the best for the customer satisfaction.
