VERY POOR SERVICE
My washing machine is not working. I have booked complaint on 08/11/2010 over toll free number and service engineer attended on 11/11/10 and said the PCB to be replaced. As no further response, I again booked complaint via email on 24/11/2010.
I was relied that my complaint was forwared to branch office. But no respose till 30/11/2010. I again contacted though email and got number of branch manager. I contacted Branch Manager on 01/12/2010 and 02/12/2010. But no progress till time.
Yester day's email to LG service yet to replied.
VERY POOR SERVICE FROM LG to a customer who use their Referigetor, washing machine and TV.
