poor after sale service
I purchased a LG fridge in February 2011. In First week of June 2011 Fridge started giving problem. The help line no:18001809999 was not getting connected( I must have tried not less than 50 times). Thereafter I lodged complaint through the LG dealers , where from I had purchased the fridge( Amit Enterprises, Sarojini Nagar,New Delhi) on 7.6.12( at 1500 hrs.). Complaint id: 120607016046. After lot of chasing one person landed at my place on 8.6.12 at 1900 hrs and told that gas had leaked and fridge needed gas filling . He had no answer why the gas leaked within one year and 4 months of purchase of fridge and told that on 9.6.12 some one will come for gas filling. We kept on waiting throughout 9.6.12 , but on one turned up.
Can you do something to get the problem attended , as one can understand how difficult it is to manage without fridge in peak summers.
