i had purchased LG fully automatic machine in Oct 2005. during the warranty period, the clothes started having holes. just a week before the warranty was to expire, the oil seal & bearing was changed.same problem occured after 11/2 months & they changed the oil seal, bearing as well as the steel drum on 22/2/08 & gave me a verbal guarantee of 3 months but refused to give anything in writing. now agin the same problem has occured. i have just been given assurances, but no action has been taken as yet. i request you to help me in this matter.

I had called up the customer care for my complaint and Mr. Virender Singh came to see the machine and told us the problem of gear assembly.He told us that some other person from the company would come but even after repeated calls no one came for 10 days. I had to get it done from a private person.
If the customer's complaint is to be taken so lightly then what is the use of such a service. Kindly look into the matter so that othe customers do not suffer like me.
