LG Fully Automatic Washing Machine — Though I am having 24 months warranty, I am charged by LG for service/repair | |||
I have purchased LG Fully Automatic Washing Machine, LG showroom in Vishrantwadi, Pune. After using for 15 days, the washing machine stopped working. So I called up customer care to lodge a complaint to repair the Washing Machine. It is almost more than 2 months, they have not fixed the problem and they are asking me to pay Rs 10,000, though I have a 24 months warranty on the Washing Machine. Thanks for your response. My complain no: C10B1126010 dated 11/Nov/2010 got resolved on 15th Jan 2011. I had to pay Rs 2219 /- for some of the parts for the Washing Machine model no: : LG W/M 1256 NDP.
