[Resolved] LG Gb230 — NOT REPLACING ABOVE SHOWN MOBILE HANDSET WITHIN GUARANTEE PERIOD. | |||
I have purchase siaid handset from SURAT on date-07/09/2010 from "ESSAR MOBILE SHOP". Within validity period I approched Six times to LG Electronics mobile service centre but handset not working properly. Undermentioned problems arises any time in it: (01). Hangs (02). Turn Off (03). Not able to view any SMS due to virus problem (04). Upper slider key pad not a single stitch/button not working (05). lost contact details etc. Regarding above same i contact Lg electronics customer service head office directly and customer Sr Mgr Mr. Chetan K.Rajani(Surat) but then also they REFUSE TO REPLACE that defective piece but only suggest mobile service centre to repair it only. I am pasting his mail which is self explainatory for your info pls.
