Dear Sir

I have purchased an LG OVEN MODEL NO - MC 7148MS On 31st oct 2010.Since than it has been repaired thrice but still it is not working. Your executive now and than comes without solving the problem.

Did I have done some wrong by purchasing a reputed brand with this kind of horrible service? I have told the executive to ask for the replacement as all the major component of the oven being replaced with new one. Its Only 40 days I have purchased it, I don’t know what will happen after my warranty expires. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

I INFORMED TO LG CUSTOMER CARE. THEY HAVE COME AND SAID THAT IT IS A STANDBY PROBLEM AND THE ELECTRICITY IS NOT GETTING PASSED FROM AC TO DC AND SO THE TV IS UNABLE TO FUNCTION. NOW ITS OVER A WEEK, THEY ARE NOT CARING AND MOREOVER SAYING THAT THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. IF I CONTACT THE SHOP OWNER, HE IS SAYING THAT HE WILL BE SENDING AN ENGINEER TO OUR HOUSE. BUT I THINK THAT IT IS A DEFECTIVE PIECE BECAUSE, THE PROBLEM OCCURED ONLY AFTER 2 MONTHS OF PURCHASE. PLS TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS PROPERLY. i have purchased LG Fullu automatics frunt load washing machine, person came for demo without prior contact, machine not working properly, I approched E Zone surat, pantaloon Retails Ltd., they not even take care to listen, then I approched to customer care toll free No. [protected] they promised to have solution but till date no body call me or attend the compain.

The problem in machine is that the machine is vibrtating so much and get moving in washing area, and we are not using the machine since one month waiting for sollution.

I had purchased LG mobile model-KP220 on 30.11.09 at, Univercell, Viluppuram, and have been connected through BSNL connection. I could not connect through my mobile, since two days back, “Invalid SIM”, message was displayed my mobile. But the SIM inserted to another mobile, it was connected not display any error message.

So, I approached to “LG-Service Center, Viluppuram, they were reply, “the mobile IMEI number was deleted by company, regarding some unauthorized mobile was selling, you will come to after pongal, we are sending the mobile company, Chennai and corrected IMEI number”.

Now, I wanted the details “I purchased the mobile on authorized company, how my mobile IMEI number was deleted by LG-company. Please pay your attention to this matter, and the details to me of the above error.

i bought a lcd tv 9months before, ma tv got burnt due to some malfunction in the tv. i hav been registered a complaint 25 days before till now there is no response frm customer care and even my warranty gt over coz dis ppl .im really fed up with LG products.i need my tv to be replaced. the tv cost is rs.68, 000.im really damn pissed off..
pls my dear frnds don buy LG products the service really sucks... don prefer lg.

very true we are also facing the same kind of problem from last five month regarding our lg fridge n these people from customer have no time sense n value .they assure u to call back in 5 min n that 5 min never comes back.all these people shold be taught to value time of others n theirs.my suggestion to lg people is to appoint those who want to work not to pass time n degrade the brand name by not doing work.thanks

i have Repair my washing machien from your service centre, they changed pcb of machiene. After the replacement of pcb what happend i dont know but the drainage bolt is not mooving. I have pay Rs 1652 for this job. Now i am asking from your centre for this problem no body is coming from your side.

PROBLEM-touch pad was freezed on 4/11/2010.so i gave it to lg care vapi(KARE, LG[protected].while repairing They had change touch pad three times but problem still persists, than they have changed whole motherboard circuit so phone responded but memory card do not support so they have changed memory socket but still problem persist whole repairing process took 2 months.
so LG Electronics please tell me what to do now, i have reason to belive mobile lg gt505 was originally defective which reapaired up to two months at LG Mobile service(KARE, LG[protected] centre at vapi but today at the moment mobile do not work properlly and you must be knowing A doctor always requierd up to date mobile phone for his bussiness,
please arrange to replace new one moreever i am interested in your new LG optimus anroid mobile for which i am ready to pay extra price, and if my problem do not solve than please let me know why should I not go to Consumer Court? awaiting your quick kind response.

Dear Sir we purchased KS 660 model from croma in Juhu in MAY 2010 and since then ,the touch screen has been changed 2 times , the soft ware has been updated ,and still reguarly facing problem like sms being mereged ,phone getting hanged.I feel sorry that I ever purchased an LG Product.

Normally LG is the bad quality product available in the market. I bought a mopbile and every year I am spending 1000/ on changine touch screen, mother board, blue toooth devise and they are not responding to my comments. let us pry to god to clear your compaint and we will stop buying LG products.

I have LG GW300 i give my phone LG service center laxmi nagar, they told me your phone will repair after 3 days but now after 7 day they r not responding, , they are very irresponsible, , they harass me all the time, ,
