hIGHLE IRRESPOSIBLE STAFF-SERVICE ISSUE
This is to bring to your kind attention that we have bought an LG window airconditioner 1.5 ton on the 18 of Aril'2009 from ELEC TRICITY SG-94,DLF GALLERIA,DLF-IV,GURGAON. The above mentioned airconditioner was installed at our residence on the 19th of april'09 around the afternoon and was running fine while installation.We were not been able to operate the airconditioner ever since the engineer left our place.We have made several complaints since then regarding the same to your call centre and also to Mr Joshi who claims to be the head engineer of LG india but suprisingly doesnt behave like one.
After repeated reminders one of the engineers was sent to our residence the nest day for finding out the problem. we were told by your staff that the front panel circuit is not working and so the problem has occured,at the same time we were also made to understand that the above mentioned part was out of stock in gurgaon and will need to be courired from NOida which would take a days time and we were assured that maximum of two working days will be taken to sort out the issue.To our suprise its been more than 5working days and the request is still unattended.We have had no solution for the same even after repeated request and stinkers to your staff.
Now after facing great difficuty in getting the issue resolved, with even higher disaapointment this is our last request to either replace the part which is not working at the earliest or replace the airconditioner whichever happens first failing which we will have to take the matter to consumer court for further assistance. Our complaint number for the above mentioned problem is C1041944906 which is not being taken seriously.We are disappointed with the kind of service we have experienced from Lg india.Hope you would look in to the matter giving due consideration not only to the rising temprature in the city but also to the service issue we've had with your company.
