I Mohd Rafiq, had purchased a LG flat slim model no 29FG2RGE CTV on 12th January, 2008 from Ajanta Electronics, Sakinaka, Mumbai. The TV was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th February, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a Senior engineers assistance, To which a technician Mr Rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer Mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a Mercedes car and a Maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.e. Mr Rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now I am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the Mumbai Branch Manager Mr. Ankur Joshi (mobile no. 98194780154) on 11th April, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "I KNOW MY JOB". And now even after 4 days I understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis LG appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the Quality Charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that I want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to CONSUMER GUIDANCE SOCIETY and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

We purchased an AC one year back. However in the past one year despite our repeated requests we have been able to service our AC only once. From the past three weeks we have been trying to get our second service done but of no avail The customer service people just seem to be interested in generating complaint ids and request nos . Beyond that they are least bothered about what happens thereafter. The service center (Bhushan Services, andheri east) headed by mr unmesh has this uncanny ability of not picking up our calls.
Last week the service center promised that they would send a executive this week. however on contacting the customer service they had apparently closed our service request. Wish i had purchased another company ac! Saying that the service is "pathetic " would be an understatement.
 
its not safe or LG products are not worth to buy... i believe LG products are dumped else were in the world thts y they are getting into indian market. none of the products have a good service satisfaction and customers are not handled well. when we lodge a complaint it takes nearly 15 days for them to attend the complaint morever these sales persons always give excuses that they met with an accident. its better to go for products like whirlpool, samsung, philips, sony the services are good

I have given my DVD writter for repair, I have not even played a single dvd on it.
I have given to LG Service centre, Chandigarh on 28.06.2008, Job no is N8S62803785.
I have been told to collect on 1st or 2nd July. I called up on 5th to know the status, i have been told that i can collect my DVD writter on Monday i.e 7th July 2008.
Today, i have been told by Mr Mohit & Mr Pawan, that i will be getting my writter on Wednesday i.e on 9th July 2008, if part will be available.

This is really a third clas type of service from LG. Any Service centre always keeps parts in stock,
If Service centre doent have parts in stock, then I request LG not to provide service centre to those who cant keep stock.

I have the same problem what Mr. Rakesh Lakhani mentioned in above. I have purchased a LG DVD RECORDER, Model : DR165, SR.NO.:610SHSE059478 from Vadodara Central, Vadodara, Gujarat. No i am not right, now what i think, i have purchased disatisfaction. During the period i have not satisfactorily record or play a DVD. Each time after putting into the tray it will take not less than 2 minutes to access the same, auto eject out saying 'can not read'. Even after recording the DVD in itself, it can not read the same recorded one. I have tried all the best branded DVDs what LG mentioned in user guide.

After calling to local service centre they adviced do this, do that, etc. lastly what i think put the same to side & do a mind makeup. But one day hearing to my family members, i took the same to nearest LG service centre, NEEL ELECTRONICS(Authorised Service centre). They booked the same under Request ID: W8S60604189 on date 06/06/2008, work order no:325. After that i have refered so many times with same repeated one answer 'Parts Not available', we are trying to our best. One day i have tried the number to call NEEL ELECTRONICS, but no one answered. Lastly visited physically & i found the Service Centre is not there & locked. Neighbour said they have already stooped the service branch & after search i found a number to call another service centre, the person after an hour search confirm me your DVD RECORDER is here. Good, what about the same. No progress, we will take time because we are shifting branch so it will take time. I asked, when i will collect the same, the same answer before, if we wll receive the part we will return you on next week.

Now today, again after calling they have given me another request ID : W8S70903920 7 call on.

This is LG. Same problem i have faced on purchasing Microwave Oven & Window 1.5 Ton AC.

In your busy schedule, if you want to add extra Tension then buy LG product. Now i have started refering my friends not to buy LG products & shared my experiece with them.

What nonsense i am facing i know. Hate to LG & their customer dealing.

its really sad to me to write a compaint regarding to your bad services provided by company
i had buy laptop RD400 on 19july 2007 and since today more than three times i had deposit that laptop in the costomer care and every three times i didnt got any good response from ur end..
the biggest problem is that no near Noida costomer services center for me needs to go to Gaziabad or Nehru place..
There was problem of On/off and i had deposit laptop recently on 1of july they told me that its working fine without any problem and when i went there to delever i had shown them on spot the problem with sound also.. they said problem in Mother board and give us time for replacement under warrenty.. today is 10july i didnt got my problem solved and still my computer is in the COstomor service center in Nehru place ( challenger computers) the job sheet number is 1959 submit date 1july 08
before when i had deposit the laptop in Ghaziabad costermer care they had also not respond me well and for small problem in laptop they had took my 5days..
i m Ayurvedic doctor and every works are depends upon internet and every day i m facing loss due to no laptop.
i am also the member of Ministry of health family welware Goverment of India..
i m living in noida sector -41
please as u got my email quick reply me or suggest me what i do.. ?? i cant afford to go every day to cyber cafe and also to call costomer care ..
i have the bill and previous all three job sheet and also still my laptop comes under the warrenty . due to so much loss i need to go in Jago grahak farm upabhokta kendra and also i m forwarding one Yachika to court regarding to your costomer view towards ur products..

I have purchased LG AC Window model no. G2 DF 1 S. No. 03814 from Mayur Electronics Ghatkopar (E) near odeon, Mumbai 400075 on 19/10/07 invoice no. 2771. Since I am Senior citizen, there was immediarely winter the A C was put in action for about 3 months. The use of AC was started in and after middle of February 2008. It was noticed that there is " no cooling " How ever it was tried three four times by varying temperature settings. Even at 16 degree C tempeature there was " no cooling " and I have to sleep with fan at full and A C was " ON " for whole night. I complained to Mayur and he in turn to LG. Some people came for servicing of A C. This was done twice. But the result was negetive. The summer started. I was unable to use A C after repeated complaints the service persons from Sai Enterprises Ltd. LG electronics India Ltd. service division Mr. Rehan, Mr. Tushar, Sardarji, and others visited three to four times. One Mr. Joseph from the same service division also visited and carried out some tests. He was confirmed that there is some defect in A C. Besides that he informed me that there are many more complaints for this model of AC. He was having list and papers of complaints of other purchasers of Garodianagar Ghatkopar (E) having the same complaints of " no cooling " He also informed that this model is defective. He informed that he would recommand for replacement of A C. I have written every time on the paper produced by every visitor for signature for having visited for complaints, that " there is no cooling " Later on in the month of May 2008 Mr. Methew of Service Division collected A C for inspection in their workshop. After couple of days he reinstalled AC in my house. It was gathered that he has checked gas leakages. I used AC on the same day, but the result was same i. e. " no cooling " I phoned to Mr. Methew and he informed he would inform to LG company and ask for replaement of this defective piece. The entire summer I could not use AC., because fan was cooler then A C. In the mean time I was moving from post to piller for rectifying the defect or replacement and also complaining to the distributor, M/s Mayur electronics. Till date i. e. till 12/09/2008 the complaint is unattended. Last week company sent his person Mr. Mansur Aehamad for inspection. Now he says that this A C is for 100 SFT. area of room, and asked me what is area of my room I said it is 108 sft. But I immediately asked him for 8 sft. more area there would "zero cooling " such that when A C was " ON " and set at 16 degree C I have to sleep without baniyan. I offered him to come and sleep in the room for the whole night with A C " ON " and ascertained. This was told to previous visitors of the company also. But the complain is not attended.
It is my reading that the company wants to escape from the responsibility and pass the time till one year guarentee period passes. The dealer M/s Mayur electronics also have hands in gloves with LG company but uses sweet tongue with us and tells us to fight with the company and they would support me. This appeares to be game plan of Company and distributors.
I have framed in my mind the LG company is useless and recommand not to purchase any product of this company and also purchase AC or other electronic products from reputed distributors. LG has in their mind to take away hard earned money of the people / public and dump rejected or defective material to the houses.
" If LG people are reading this complaint I earnestly request you to please look into the matter and either reove the defect of the AC or replace the defective piece because me and my wife are senior citizen and we have purchased such branded AC first time in our life and we faced this. "

Dear sir,

I have purchased a fridge of 310 liters from bikaner 10 months back. just one month before it got short-circuit in side and had considerable amount of damage. When I have complained about this service engineers had recommended for replacement since product is under warranty period . so I send the required cash receipt and warranty card for your perusal and necessary action through sigma services in Mumbai . They promised me LG is going respond within 10 days for replacement through its dealers but till now nobody has turned up. Please look into the matter as early as possible do the needful since without fridge you know the problems of common man. I purchased 9 nos split Ac from Kishika Temperatures- Vasai. I was to purchase more 5 units of Lg, but instead i opted for carrier Ac. I really felt sorry for myself because for repair of my Ac (even under warranty) i had to run from pillar to post to get it done. The dealer i mentioned above was not at all concern about the critical condition i had to suffer for not rectifying the machine in time.
I am not at all satisfied with after sales services of LG. I will surely sue for damages that cost me because of the negligent attitude of the dealer. Untill today my issue is not resolved.I had given the deadline for repair of my Ac, but not a single representative from LG was able to solve the problem in time. Therfore i am compelled to take legal action, and now it has become a prestigious issue to me to TEACH them a lesson. LG Ac service is pathetic.
IF the company entertain or keep dealers like KISHIKA TEMPERATURES with them, then i am sure the day will come when LG will be nowhere amongst the competative market of today. BEAWARE that Consumers are conscious and aware nowadays.I am damn sure that from today onwards i will strongly recommend other branded AC"s instead of LG, to my all bussiness associates. A little Negative propoganda can make a big difference.

last month i bought one lg lcd 17 inch monitor. the next wek i showed one red pixel on the display. i asked the service centre in chennnai. they laughed at me and said they would take steps only if it is five pixels. this is an irresponsible answer. they are not giving proper support to the customers. now i hate lg products. so people don't purchase lg products. if u do sure u will face problem. buy the best one if it costs more than lg also. the i'll be right choice.

we had installed LG Split AC of 1 tonn last year .it had compleated its warrenty period.Now it is not working .
Name of the dealer is AIRMAX-Goa.
We had lodge the complaint to the dealer about our problem on 19/09/2008 he told us on telephone that it is a problem of card. Now you have to replace the card...end of the story.
No reply, no visit by LG service personnel till the date.
if this is the case then why LG shows advertise on TV of with in 24 Hrs visit?
Dealer also says LG is use less Company. Dont buy their product, they dont have spares

I again request before your good self to take appropriate action by replacing the faulty refrigerator with new one or return my complete amount spent on the purchase of this refrigerator. Dear Sir,

I had purchased a LG refrigerator model GL244GP4 from your esteemed dealer M/S Hindustan Traders Co. South Patel Nager New Delhi 8 on 27/07/08 vide Bill Book no.103 and Serial No.5117. During the initial stage after installation the ref. started creating problems of absorbing the water in side the vegetables. The matter was reported to your consumer care centre and the executive told us to adjust the knobs of refrigerator and fridge compartments. We did the same as per the instructions given by him. But the action could not affect the performance of the refrigerator, the vegetables are still absorbing the water and getting sauugy and destroyed.

It seems that the water evaporating system of ref is not working properly and water gets accumulated inside the ref and gets into the vegetable. It is therefore requested that this faulty ref may kindly be replaced with a new one.

i had bought LG tv 1 and half year ago . MY tv is not working due to the transistor C 6090 failed.if the transistor is not available in the market now what to do about tv. if such transistor are not available in the market why u r making LG tv. clearly u should make tv with transistor available in market . i m searching this transistor from 1 month. bad and poor service with low quality
