I had purchased lg. refrigerator convertable model no. GL-T402HPZM/2017. 360LTRS. From E ZONE. Vasai bhabhola naka branch the refrigerator is delivered with some damages like eg :-i1) it has a hole in the toughened glass panal . 2) cooling is not proper the refrigerator dosent gets cool even after setting -23°C. 3) the convertable operating panel which is on the door is loose and not fixed properly. After calling your operater parag choksy is not recieving our call and he is replying us. To text him dont call him. Really fed fed up your poor operating system the service mans had came nearly 14 days back. Till now from 14 days no reply from your service. Side has been came . this refrigerator. Cost me FORTY TWO THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED RUPEES and i had to say this your company is just selling brand and costing us high amount of loss. Big brand no good product very very poor

I mohammed buyied new lg dual inverter air condition on 18th august of 2016.On 10th may 2017 it was not working only blower fan was working no cooling.So called Lg Customer care [protected] at 07:25 am KarthikA received my call and very rudely said due to heavy call flow he cannot take my complain when I asked him about complaint Number he shouted at me telling me that when he cannot take my complain can't even provide me complain Number.Then again i called at 7:27am [protected] sandhaya received my call and said me the same thing due to heavy call flow she cannot take my complain I asked her about the feed back email id or phone number so she booked my complain and gave me the complain Number RNP[protected].After that at 12:00 pm two technicians came one name was mubashir and took my Outdoor PCB Board said that it is burnt due to voltage fluctuations.After three days i.e on 13th May 2017 two another new Technicians came fix the same PCB Board and said the problem is with the compressor then I called again Customer care [protected] at 12:23 rahul received my call and gave me Shiva Kumar number [protected] and said he is Area Manager of Hyderabad he will solve your problem.I called to Shiva Kumar at 12:31pm, 12:50pm he did not answer my calls then I again called [protected] at 12:51 pm tanveer received my call and said you wait for some time he is busy with some meeting you call him after some time he will surely receive your call then I again call him at 1:06on, 1:15pm, 3:46pm he did not answer my calls again I made a call to [protected] at 3:47pm Ravi receive my call I told him about my problem so he gave me ASM number [protected] kishore kumar I made him several calls 03:51 pm, 04:38 pm, 04:39 pm, 04:41pm, 04:53pm even he is not receiving my calls 05:03.I purchased the Air Condition so that I can use in summer.Worst Customer service ever seen. After purchasing so expensive Air Condition I am facing these kind of problems.while purchasing the product Lg sales Man told me that this is the best air condition with best Customer service.The Customer service is just fooling, pretending as if they will solve my problem but actually they are not making any effort. I request you to please look into the matter.

I have purchase LG Smart LED on 02.07.2017 and now 12 days before My LED not working . After checking your LG technician He said LED is not repairable .
In that LED part not working so its need change the part.
So now I want replace my this LED, because of today your team change this part but in future also chances to repair .
So please replace my LED as soon as possible .

If you are a not replace LED to please handover and return my money. I will purchase any other good quality brand LED .

Today I got my LG microwave woven serviced
I am highly disappointed by the service due to following :
1) Over pricing : Too much high price of service (half of the new product price)
2) Billing : No bills were provided, hence no proof of service, payment etc.
3) Warranty : No warranty card provided, hence no proof of warranty.
4) Delay : Even after commitment of servicing @10:45~11:30 a.m. (at the time of complaint register),
Actual arrival : 4:00 p.m.
5) Dealing : Service person’s behavior, explanation were not acceptable.
(I was told to take care of timing, billing and all with LG customer care directly myself; shown absolute apathy, disrespect to customer)
I lost my hope & trust with LG products today.
