I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG Washing Machine - Wd80001c1 — No parts available with LG

Hi,

I bought a LG Automatic Front Load Machine five years back in RS. 22000 from LG Showroom. Two months back, I had problem with washing machine and Service person told me that WASHTUB Assembly is broken and need to be replaced. Since then, Service Centre and myself are trying to get this part from LG but they are not able to provide this part.

My problem is that my RS.22000 machine is dead due to LG not delivering the part. I have almost all the electronics Items from LG like TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Computer Display etc. If LG is having so bad service that can not provide parts for repair then I will never buy any more LG products in future.

I was planning to Buy LD Plasma TV which cost more than Rs. 1lacs but if after 2-3 years my TV is dead because of one part not availble with LG then I would like to move to other Brands which have a better service and product availability records.

Hi I have bought a 29" Flatron 2 years back.. It started giving problem.. I don't understand why a company like LG should not have sufficient parts in stock to support the product after sales... This is 2nd worst experience within 9 month for the same high-end product...

LG - DVD Player Dv 356 Purchased On 18 - 08 - 2008 — Not working since 20-12-2008

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased DVD Player - DV 356 (Serial No 806MRK0004053) from Vijay Sales Borivali on[protected]. Till November 2008, it was working fine. From December 2008 onwards it started rejecting any VCD or DVD once it has been inserted in Tray.

Since, I was out of station in the month of December 2008 and mid Jan 2009. I have logged the complaint to Vijay Sales - Borivali – West in the month of Jan 2009.

Vijay Sale’s Customer Relationship Officer guided me to LG - Customer Care Centre (BPO) for resolving technical problems. I have dialed several time LG – Customer Care Call Centre and got complaint number from them several number of time . The last complaint number received on[protected] is W9C21702172 but problem remains unresolved. My product is under Warranty.

Last one month, two engineers were visited my residence and explained me, two different technical problems and mentioned that we will be getting the parts from Pune and Delhi. As on date my DVD remains dead because they have done some kind of postmortem.

I am perusing part time MBA from Mumbai University and read in the books that CONSUMER IS A KING.

So I am pleading your intervention on this issue to getting justice.

LG / DVD Writer — Not reading the DVD Disc

I had brought u r Product From Hyderabad at 19/05/2008.But my Home state is Kerala.Now I am not going back.I will Come to the point.My DVD writer is not reading the DVD disk Some times When its reads It will take lot of time By that time it will get heat.So many DVD Disk had spoiled due to the problem occured between the writing process.While putting the ordinery CD it taking it does not having any problem.But with the DVD's Plaese send currective action.I don't no about the warrenty period also it not mensioned any where in the bill.If it can currected physically where i want to send the product near my home town(Kannur -Kerala)

LG / 47LG60fr — Faulty TV

I had purchased 47" lcd Make- Lg (model no. 47LG60fr Scarlett) on the 16th of Feb'09.This TV boasts of
a function where in one can plug in a USB device into the TV and watch Movies or listen to music.
On the 21/02/09 i discovered that there was a fault in the USB function provided, any music/movie from USB would automatically get switched off after about 2-3 mins.
I lodged a complaint with LG on 21/02/09 reference no. W9-C22100789 and a technician visited me on 26th, he agreed that their was a problem with the USB fuction in the TV and agreed to replace the TV in a week's time.
I have heard nothing from LG after that and customer care people of LG refuse to register a complaint stating that replacement does not fall in their domain.
The numbers that they provide ( To speak to for replacement ) are not answered - [protected] /[protected].
LG technician gave number of Mr sawant [protected] as person authorised for replacement this no. is impossible to get.

Airtel LG KG110 — 2400Rs validity which was said to be for two years got ended just in one year two months

one year two months before i bought a airtel-lg mobile which had two years airtel free sim validity and Rs 2400 talktime with validity for two years, but not even one and half years have passed and the talktime validity of 2400Rs has vanished suddenly into air . Absolute cheating by airtel because first it was said that Rs2400 was for free but later we found out that airtel had charged 2400 with the handset and the real price of the handset without airtel service was just Rs1600, but we paid 4000Rs thinking that 24ooRs was free, yet we were quite, but now this, we cant
and wont stay quite. worse is the customer care number provided with the handset is also not being received by anyone .totally junk and such cheap tactics for cheating people .airtel f__ks.
i open a rim mobile shop but i cant recharge with my mobile
consignment not recieved from speed post which was couriered on 13.03.09 at 4.25 pm from mumbai
