[Resolved] LG LCD TV (32", Scarlet Series) — Defective Monitor / Frame | |
Dear Sir/Madam , Subject : Defective LG LCD TV (Scarlet series) This may please be noted earnestly, I purchased a LG LCD TV (32", Scarlet series) on 25.03.09 at "E-Zone" in Mani Square Plaza, Kolkata- 7000054. Noticed, vertical lines while the Tv was in use, after few months ( within gurantee pd.). On this issue several complaints were lodged with the LG service centre, in Kolkata. Unable to rectify the fault,perhaps The Lg Technicians replaced the frame (scarlet 1 series), with new spare. After, in use for one day, three nos. vertical lines noticed again on the new frame. Even after Cable lines disconnected , or DVd playback, the lines persisted. As the problem with the 'LG' set continues to linger,I'm very worried & frustrated on the future of this set, as the gurantee period will soon seize. The dealer has also no responsibility, it seems.
