[Resolved]  LG LED TV 42lv3500 — Remote is not working

I purchased a TV LG 42'LV3500 on Oct 3, 2011. My remote is not working from Dec 15the. I lodged a complaint on the same day RNA[protected]. On 19the i got call from a Engineer that they need to order new remote. So far I'm following up, I'm not getting any response from them. I got one manager contact no, he also not picking up the call.
