I have purchased this Microwave in 2004. Of late, the touch pad is not working. After complaining and speaking with your service department, we are absolutely dissatisfied with the way the matter has been dealt by your service engineers and concerned senior officials. I have been advised to give back the machine at a compensation of 15% of the price.
Please advise whether this is justified. Also I would like to know from LG whether life of a Microwave Oven is only 5 years ? Request your immediate response on this matter and advise suitably.
