Hi,
LG service is so bad and time consuming that i have a huge issue on this.
I had a door replacement to be done for my newly bought Microwave oven as it was not closing properly and had burnt to a larget extent. It was under warrenty.
Had called their Customer complaint dept and logged my complaint. Their engg visited our place after7 days and tolad us that he will replace the door in a weeks time. it has been 1.5 Months, there is no responce on the same.
Again i called up and gave the Complaint no, to which they replied that the door was not in their godown and will take few months to replace...
I dont have any logic answer to this reply????
Have donr the biggest mistake by taking an LG product.
