Piece of Junk with No After Sales Assistance
This stupid microwave has always been troubling me with some or other issues. On top of which LG's pathetic Customer Service is very unprofessional and not helpful. Somebody would drop your call when explaining them issues, some would ask to call cell phone numbers, or deny to log the case neither would connect to managers saying "there is no manager, if you wish to talk to manager, call after 12".
Why should I call any personal numbers which are not reflecting on your website? If these are official numbers, then update them on your website and flash.
Why should I call-back at any other time? If I were always to call-back then what the F**k are you guys paid for?
When I am calling the Number flashing on your product, then am I not supposed to get assistance at one place?
I am very dissatisfied with the product's performance and your f**king after sales services. Therefore, am not willing to use this piece of junk anymore and need complete refund.
