I have purchased LG KP 115 Mobile Handset on 16.03.09 from M/s Sri Ram Sales. In the mean time i have found that my mobile handset create problem i.e LCD, network & Voice problem. For this i have submitted my mobile from your service centre in 4 Times details as below :

24/07/09 R[protected] - LCD Changed, Outgoing Voice & Call Problem as it is.
31/07/09 R[protected] - Outgoing Voice & Call Problem as it is.
07/09/09 Job no. manual
maintain due to - Outgoing Voice & Call Problem as it is.
light problem on that day.
06/10/09 Job No. R[protected] - Outgoing Voice & Call Problem as it is. now they confirm us to replace the handset but after 3 weeks they convey us that company has decided to not replace this handset. Please suggest me how to solve my problem Was this information helpful? |
