[Resolved]  LG Mobile Km 380t — About service and product

I am Ashish Kapoor from Delhi I purchased a mobile of LG (model-KM 380T) in Oct 2009 . I am facing memory card problem from first day but i ignore that problem . But after some time mobile going to hang every day so I went to LG service named Sukrati Communication Mayur Vihar Ph-1 Delhi . the person there recive my mobile and said u can take back after 4 hours . When I got my mobile back from there the memory card slot is not working than i went again to that same service centre . The person there told me that we changed the mother borad when your mobile was hanging problem ,. the mother borad that they changed thats also defective the person told me that in service center I replied that when u changed u not checked that he said sorry sir .I said to that person that I am facing the memory card problem from the day 1 what should i do . The person in service centre siad i suggest you u can sell this mobile becuse its not good handset and we cant repair that problem so u ahve face that problem reguarly . After that i talked the BSM of LG Mr.Vishal he siad u submit your handset agian and i will take care of it but from last 5 days my hand set is in service centre and i dont get any news that handset has reapired or not when i tried to complain about that service centre to LG Custmer Care . There i talked to supervisor Miss Sapna Cauhan she told me that she call me back with details in 2 hour but she didn't . Than i called again next day and i complian about Miss Sapna to Mt Aditya than he said that he will call me bacl with 3 hours and said sir please belive me your problem resolved in 3 hours but i didn't recive any call from Mr Aditya also .Than i called again next and i got same reply from mr Anurag when i said already i got that same thing from last 2 persons than he disconnect my call . When i called again than i got Miss Sapna i told her that u promised me that my problem resolved but still problem is there so she also disconnect my call and i called again and i told her that i want to talk your supervisor she i am the only one here and sorry and agian disconnect my call . now when i called to custmer care and want to talk to supervisor they always disconnect the call and my handset si still in service center and its not repaired yet . So please I request you take some action aganist LG Company and their Employes i will be very tahnk ful to you .
