LG new refrigerator was purchased (model no 408 YTQG 4). I was directed not to open original packing and same will be opened by company rep on demo. LG helpline was contacted on 13 sep 08 for demo and instalation and request ID no SBC91303312 was issued. Company rep from Best services, Kanchipuram visited on 15 sep 08 and opened the original packing and found major defects and mentioned to replace this piece, the performa was filled and my signature obtained for replacement and instructions provided to me for not using the fridge. after that, despite of 100 reminders no body is bothered to come, talk or listen to my complain. two more complain were lodged on LG Helpline[protected].coplain no SBC92003464 and SBCA0201850 on 20 sep and 2 oct was lodged. no action has been taken by dealer, autharised service center or their head office at chennai.after spending Rs 25, 000/ new fridge is still lying without installation. shame on LG Company whose services have proven pethatic..
