LG Optimus Black. — Defective piece. | |||
I bought a LG optimus Black (Rs.20,400) on 8th august from Univercell-Sahakarnagar branch. Immediately after a day I found out that there was a problem in the handset. I went to Univercell, and they asked me to go to the service centre in Frazer town. The person in the service centre, reinstalled the software but the problem was not resolved. He told he has escalated the issue to the LG company and asked me to use the mobile until the company gets back to us with a solution. I dont want to get my new mobile repaired, I just want a replacement. I feel that the company should not sell a defective piece and ask the consumer to get it repaired in the service centre.
