NOT GIVING US RESPONCE

I ASHFAQUE SHAIKH PUCHASE IN CASH NEW MODEL SIDE BY SIDE LG REFRIGERATOR ON DATED 16/11/2011 TO SNEHANJALI RETAIL PVT LTD KALYAN (WEST) SHOW ROOM AFTER 10 MONTH IAM GETTING MULTY PROBLEM IAM DOING COMPLAINT IN LG SERVICE CENTER BUT THEY CANT GIVE ME RESPONCE TO SOLVE MY PRODUCT PROBLEM SO I NEEDED REPLACE OF THAT PRODUCT IAM VERY HELP LESS TO SOLVE THAT PRODUCT PROBLEM.
