L.I.C — Non Receival of online premium Payment Receipt

Sir I have paid my lic premium on 16.08.08 by on line .
It was debited to my icici Bank A/C also. But still I have not recieved the Reciept either in my lic portal or to my mailid.

Due from : Aug'08.
Amount Paid : Rs.1729/-
Reciept NO : PR[protected].
So kindly please send the reciept to my above menstioned mail id.

I SUBMITTED POLICY NO[protected] IN THE NAME OF SUSHILA YADAV AT BRANCH 23F PHULPUR ALLAHABAD TO TRANSFER AT 19T BRANCH PRATAP NAGAR SANGANER JAIPUR BY REGISTERD POST BUT TILL NOW I COULD NOT GET RESPONSE OFTER ONE AND HALF MONTH THIS IS VERY UNFORTUNATE FOR THIS REPUTED CORPORATION

I HAVE ASKED THE BO RANIKHET (UA) TO TRANSFER LIC POLICY NO[protected] DATED 07 JUN 2004 AT LIC OFFICE, BATHINDA(PUNJAB). PREVIOUS GREIVANCE NO IS 174256. REQUEST TRANSFER THE SAID POLICY EARLIEST

In February-2008 I request to LIC of India, Unit-III, Rail Head Complex, Jammu and Unit-II, Shalamar, Jammu to transferred my polices from Jammu to LIC, Shamli Distt. Muzaffarnagar, Branch Code - 364 Under Meerut Division Central Zone, but not getting any satisfied reply from their office. Polies Nos as :-

L.I.C — surrender policy

I satrudhan kumar s/o sitaram sah c/o vill-kapraul road ,sitamarhi, po and via Dis -sitamarhi.I make a policy throu L.I.C in 2004.With Qtly payment of Rs 1246,and I give 6 Qt regularly. After that i not able to pay.So i go to the company and request him to give me surrender value of my amount. But Company denie. So ,sir please help me .policy no[protected].
